Kevin Dunn joined Plank Law Firm, LPA in 2018 as an attorney in the litigation department. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation in the areas of real estate, business, contract, tort and debtor-creditor law. Kevin has over 19 years experience in the real estate and finance industries providing a comprehensive knowledge base for counseling clients. Having owned and operated a title company, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions as well as the practical challenges of navigating a business successfully through the legal pitfalls that a business owner might encounter. He has successfully represented both homeowners and businesses in protecting their property and contractual rights. Kevin graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While in law school, he was a member of Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School in 2011. Kevin is licensed to practice law in all Ohio state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
